Today is National Butterscotch Brownie Day, but you know what is better than brownies…COFFEE! So, we present this delicious Butterscotch Spiked Coffee (drink it while eating a brownie if you are so inclined. :)
RECIPE:
1 oz (1/2 a shot) half and half
1 oz Butter Ripple Schnapps
1 oz Kahlua
5 oz hot brewed coffee
whipping cream
butterscotch syrup
Combine half and half, schnapps, Kahlua and coffee in a cup. Heat for several seconds in the microwave if you want it to be hot rather than luke-warm. Top with whipping cream and butterscotch syrup. Enjoy!
