Yay, it is here, today is National Coffee Milkshake Day!!
You've got to try this Cocoa Coffee Milkshake, it is my favorite milkshake of all time!!! A delightfully cold and creamy coffee-chocolate shake.
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon instant hot chocolate mix
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
Chocolate shaving (or chocolate nibs)
Directions
In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, vanilla, hot chocolate mix and instant coffee.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
Top with chocolate shaving.
